Test of ozone nanobubble water+ultrasonic washing machine
Test temperature: 16 ± 2℃
Nanobubble: Room temperature 16 ± 2℃, DO 60ppm or more, O³ 5g/L injection
Test method: Cleaning with ozone nanobubble water by using a small ultrasonic washing machine
Test sample: Pipe parts with no oil removed
Cleaning for 30 minutes
Due to ultrasonic reaction, Nanobubble → MicrobubbleCreate oil bubbles at the top
Result after cleaning
30 minutes
High cleaning degree on the surface of pipe parts
Result after cleaning
60 minutes
High cleaning degree on the inside of pipe parts
